The BDO Birmingham Transaction Services team recently provided financial/tax due diligence services and tax structuring advice to NVM in connection with the 37.5m management buy-out (MBO) of Silverwing Group. The group develops and manufactures a range of Non Destructive Testing solutions for inspection of storage vessels and pipework for corrosion specifically for the petrochemical industry. This transaction further demonstrates BDO's cross-border capability.

The transaction involved bringing together three companies in the UK, Middle East and Africa under a single UK holding company.
