Placing by Petra Diamonds Limited following reconstruction and refinancing

BDO was a reporting accountant for the reconstruction and refinancing of Petra Diamonds Limited.

Petra diamonds is a leading mining group providing a consistent supply of gem quality rough diamonds for the international market. With interests in four producing operations, three underground mines in South Africa and one open pit mine in Tanzania they have a rich heritage with some of the diamonds from their mines being presented to royalty. 

Our reporting accountant work was in relation to the refinancing of the Group including the admission of new ordinary shares of the Company to the premium listing segment of the Official List of the Financial Conduct Authority and to trading on London Stock Exchange plc's main market.
