On 27 February 2017, LXI REIT plc was admitted to trading on the premium segment of the London Stock Exchange’s main market. It raised £138m that it will invest in commercial real estate assets, targeting inflation-protected income and capital returns. BDO acted as reporting accountants on the transaction.
