The BDO Birmingham Transaction Services team worked with Primary Capital and RBS on the £35m management buyout of London based tourist pass systems provider Leisure Pass Group Limited, ("LPG"). LPG provides smart card based, multi-attraction, tourist passes to major attractions in London, (over 1.3 million people have used the London Pass to date), Paris and Berlin.
