River & Mercantile IPO and LSE premium listing

The BDO Transaction Services team undertook due diligence on the merger of P-Solve Limited and River & Mercantile Asset Management LLP to create River and Mercantile Group, and acted as reporting accountant on the subsequent IPO of River and Mercantile Group and its premium listing on the London Stock Exchange.   River and Mercantile Group plc is a leading asset management and pension consultancy group and had a market capitalisation of around £150 million on admission. The IPO raised £42 million, of which £15m (gross) was retained by the company to be used to fund the development and seeding of new products and services, expansion of the US business and strategic business acquisitions.
