BDO provided vendor due diligence in respect of the sale of Acumen Waste Services to Beauparc Group.
Since its formation, Acumen has developed a highly reputable brand and range of services which complement our total waste management solution including treatment and transfer at own own facilities, including difficult waste management, on-site industrial services, and contracted waste collections. As well as removing waste, Acumen’s Industrial Site Services team work on-site with some of the world’s largest petrochemical, oil and gas businesses, ensuring safe, efficient and sustainable waste processing.
