BDO recently advised Anstee and Ware on the sale of 100% of share capital to Parsons Peebles. Anstee & Ware are leading providers of motor, pump and gearbox repair, maintenance, reconditioning and field services to the water, rail and industrial sectors in England and Wales. The acquisition, provides the Parsons Peebles Group (PPG) with expanded service capability and additional locations to extend its UK wide coverage. The acquisition of Anstee and Ware will increase PPG’s total employee numbers in the UK from 120 to 270 and create one of the strongest players in the UK electrical service market.
