Our M&A team acted as lead adviser to the shareholders of Camrx Limited on the successful sale of the company to Cambrian Alliance Limited, a support and buying group for independent pharmacies.
This is a significant and exciting development for the two companies, who between them have more than 1,200 members making the partnership one of the UK’s largest buying and support groups.
The partnership provides the combined memberships enhanced offerings and a more comprehensive array of services. The enlarged group has the potential of negotiating more beneficial terms for its members as well as the opportunity to pool and share unique services.
