The BDO Mergers and Acquisitions team advised East Midlands based Cliffe Medical Group on its disposal to a major international healthcare group. The transaction marks the first deal completion of the new M&A team in the East Midlands.
Cliffe Medical Group was founded in 1991 and is a leading independent supplier of Stoma Appliances, and ancillary items, which have transformed the way in which prescription products and services are delivered to patients across the UK and Northern Ireland. In addition to the Head Office and service centre in the East Midlands, the business also has service centres in Peterborough, Ferndown and Belfast, along with a manufacturing facility in Barnsley.
