BDO’s M&A team has advised Linstol USA LLC, a global leader in the supply of in-flight cabin and passenger related products, on its successful sale to The Hoffmann Family of Companies.
Linstol designs, develops and manages the entire logistics supply chain of attractive, custom-made products that align with its customers brands. The Group has strategic offices in the UK, US, Hong Kong and the Middle East and has grown to solidify their position as the preferred supplier of in-flight passenger products for many of the worlds leading airlines.
The Hoffmann Family of Companies is a multi-vertical family owned company consisting of over 100 brands with business located in over 30 countries. The acquisition continues to expand its aviation standing and will use Linstol’s brand partnerships and technology to increase its services and offerings.
