BDO advised the shareholders of Planet Cruise Ltd (an online and TV cruise retailer) on the sale of their company to Iglu.com who were financially supported by Growth Capital Partners. The company will continue to operate from its current location in Portsmouth with its existing management team, including Gary and Jenny West who founded the company in 2005, along with their 75 employees. This acquisition will make Iglu.com the largest independent cruise agent in the UK with combined turnover of around £100m.
