BDO advised the shareholders of Woodcote Green Nurseries on the successful sale of the business to Wyevale Garden Centres.
Woodcote Green is a privately owned business that has developed a reputation for excellence in garden products retailing and customer service. In 2015, Woodcote Green was awarded the Best Retail Outlet of the Year at the Garden Retail Awards and was also recognised for its commitment to employee development.
The deal will allow Wyevale Garden Centres strengthen their national presence and will reinforce their position of providing the 'very best of local and national' in garden centre retailing.
