BDO provided vendor due diligence (financial and tax) in relation to the co-investment in Point A Hotels by Tristan Capital Partners and Queensway.
The Group owns and operates nine boutique hotels trading under the Point A Hotels brand, located in London and other major cities.
Under the new partnership, Queensway will co-invest and act as hotel operator, asset manager and development partner for future sites. The shareholders have committed equity to fund the next phase of growth with the goal of doubling the size of the estate over the medium term.
