Derek Neil

Derek is Head of Transaction Services and has been helping his clients to do better deals since 1998. He has worked in the UK and Australia, including a year at a private equity house. He has led on 100s of deals and enjoys taking a bespoke approach to every client and every transaction. He specialises in financial due diligence, working with entrepreneurs, private equity investors, and corporates to support their M&A and fundraising, with a particular focus on technology, media and telecoms.
