BDO advised the shareholders of Weird Fish Limited on the successful sale of the business to Total Capital Partners LLP.
Weird Fish is a lifestyle clothing brand selling through a wholesale model and an increasingly successful ecommerce and retail platform. A recent womens range re-fresh has helped propel growth, with an update of the mens lines in the pipeline and focus on direct to consumer channels to drive the next phase of growth. The acquisition becomes the sixth business in the current Total Capital investment portfolio.
