You are invited to our breakfast seminar on 10 December where we will share learnings of how businesses have been responding to the Corporate Criminal Offences (CCO) legislation and how this links to wider financial crime and corporate governance measures. We are delighted that Andrew Sackey, Deputy Director from HMRC Fraud Investigation Service and operational lead on CCO will be outlining what he sees as leading practice and the rigour HMRC are placing around this internally.
Miranda Chamberlain, Global Head of Tax from Mace Group PLC will provide us with an experienced corporate perspective.
Having worked with over 100 organisations, BDO will also share our own experience of leading practices, examples of ‘reasonable prevention procedures’ and the occasional war story. We will also be bringing in our financial crime experts to provide a wider perspective linking into measures such as the SARs regime, Sanctions, AML and Bribery and Corruption and how to take an holistic approach to compliance.
With a wealth of experience in the room we will also be hosting a panel session with each of those so you can ask questions specific to your circumstances.
Places are limited so if you would like to attend please complete the registration form below.
We look forward to seeing you at our seminar.
