BDO provided tax due diligence and SPA advisory services in support of the transaction. The BDO team was led by Rob Williams.

“Tax is an integral part of our acquisition due diligence process.  We engage BDO not only because they are experts in the PPP industry, which we rely on to identify and mitigate risks, but also for their commercial focus which assists us to highlight potential opportunities.”
