Alisa Voznaya

I'm a Partner in our Risk and Advisory Services team in London and Head of Risk Transformation. I specialise in providing substantial risk management change programmes and discrete Enterprise Risk Management solutions, supporting companies to improve strategic decision-making, risk culture and ways of working.

I have substantial experience across a diverse client portfolio including FTSE 100, multinational listed clients and fast-growth private companies. My focus is on driving change and innovation across multi-stage risk transformation projects while reducing complexity and spotlighting the opportunity value of effective risk management.

I hold a PhD from the University of Oxford in Politics, with a focus on corruption risks. My work has been published in peer-reviewed journals and picked up by mainstream media. I lead the ERM Working Group globally and our UK marketing of the annual Global Risk Landscape Report.
