Andrew Crossman

I joined the firm in 2005 and specialise in real estate taxation matters with a focus on residential property. My work covers tax due diligence, compliance, inbound investment structures and stamp taxes.

My client experience includes advising on multinational and UK-based hotel structures, prime and super-residential property dealing, construction and development, PropCo/OpCo structures for sectors including care homes, Shariah-compliant arrangements and pan-European financing structures. I also manage the compliance process for tax return preparation and submissions for large corporate groups and handle HMRC enquiries on a range of topics.

I'm an Associate of the ICAEW and a Member of the Chartered Institute of Taxation. I'm also a member of the Stamp Taxes Practitioners Group.
