I lead the provision of tax services to our large corporate and international clients in Yorkshire and the North East. I also have overall responsibility for developing our services to businesses operating internationally across the region.

I work extensively with in-house tax teams, including UK-listed businesses, global multinational inbound groups (mainly US) and privately owned businesses. I chair a quarterly forum to keep businesses in the region up to date with developments relevant to their operations. Many of my clients operate across an increasing number of territories, and helping them understand overseas markets from both a commercial and tax perspective is a key part of my role.

I work closely with our international network and host events throughout the year to assist Yorkshire businesses, ranging from tax-specific events for large corporates to commercially focused sessions on expansion and operations in key overseas markets. My specialisms include international tax coordination, cross-border structuring, tax risk management and SAO compliance.
