Danny Dartnaill

I'm a Restructuring Advisory Partner based in the Southern Region. While centred in London, I'm also responsible for our corporate restructuring teams in Reading, Gatwick and Southampton.

I specialise in advising companies going through some form of stress, whether cash flow difficulties, declining profitability or a breakdown in the relationship with secured lenders. I focus on business continuity, rescue and turnaround but, as a licensed insolvency practitioner, can also use more formal techniques where they are relevant.

I have extensive experience in the education sector, particularly independent schools, both not-for-profit and commercial ventures, assisting with fundraising, assessing options, sale processes and contingency planning. I work collaboratively with management teams, building rapport and establishing trust so that options can be considered and implemented quickly.
