Danny Dartnaill

I am a Restructuring Advisory Partner based in the Southern Region.  Whilst centred in London I am also responsible for BDOs Corporate Restructuring teams in the Reading, Gatwick and Southampton offices.
 
I specialise in advising companies that are going through some form of stress, whether that be cashflow difficulties, declining profitability or a breakdown in the relationship with its secured lenders.   
 
I focus on business continuity, rescue and turnaround but, as a licenced insolvency practitioner, can also effect change or implement rescue solutions using more formal techniques where they are relevant.  
 
I have extensive experience in the Education sector, particularly Independent Schools (both not-for-profit and commercial ventures), assisting in fundraising, assessing options, sale processes and contingency planning.
 
I work collaboratively with management teams, building rapport and establishing trust so that potential options can be considered and implemented quickly.
