I have over 20 years' experience auditing public and private multinational businesses that report to the US or are undertaking transactions on the US capital markets.

I'm part of our Country Coordinating team for our US member firm, leading on all aspects of the UK/US relationship. Within our US Audit sector team, I have a strong focus on the Anglo-US technology market and work with a broad range of high-growth audited entities. My expertise lies predominantly in digital assets, blockchain, AI, software (SaaS and AdTech) and managed services.

I have experience reporting under US GAAP, IFRS and UK GAAP and sit on our Global Fintech Leadership team. Whether a client is filing with the SEC or preparing for a US listing, I bring deep technical expertise and strong international relationships.
