David Dicker

I'm a leader in our International Institutions and Donor Assurance (IIDA) team with 24 years' experience delivering assurance and consulting services to a diverse range of international donors. Now based in London, I lived and worked in Africa for 11 years and draw on that experience when engaging with clients and stakeholders worldwide.

I oversee our bespoke field office teams, providing on-the-ground services across the Caribbean, Africa, the Middle East and South-East Asia. I've carried out assignments for all the major international donors including the European Union, the World Bank, the Global Fund, the African Development Bank, UN agencies and major bilateral donors. A native English speaker, I'm fluent in French.

I'm experienced in financial and systems audits, verifications, capacity building, institutional assessments, due diligence reviews and public financial management consultancy. I'm also a subject matter expert on the Extractive Industries Transparency Initiative and on mineral supply chain due diligence and governance, where I am accredited with leading regulatory bodies in the field such as RMI, LME, LBMA and ICGLR.
