I am a partner in our private equity and transaction tax team, advising private equity funds and PE and venture capital backed companies on the full range of their tax issues.

My work covers structuring and diligence for acquisitions, disposals (including IPOs) and refinancing, structuring new PE funds, tax strategy for PE funds and navigating the increased complexity that PE or VC ownership brings to an investee company's ongoing tax position.

I work with a variety of UK mid-market private equity houses and their portfolio groups and also have experience of US PE funds investing into the UK.

Our team focuses on providing joined-up thinking on tax, covering the full spectrum from PE executive to portfolio company and from fund formation to investment exit.
