I'm a Tax Partner in our Share Plans and Incentives practice. I'm one of the leading advisers to companies owned by their employees and those looking to move towards employee ownership.

I advise clients on establishing and operating cash and share-based incentive plans, their taxation and the effects of corporate actions including takeovers, IPOs, schemes of arrangement and demergers. I'm a qualified lawyer, having spent seven years at Herbert Smith Freehills, which gives me a distinctive perspective on the legal and tax interplay of share-based arrangements.

I co-authored Private M&A 2022 and Private Equity M&A 2023 published by Lexology and have written the HR, incentives and retention section for Getting The Deal Done since 2020. I sit on Practical Law's Consultation Board.
