Rosalind Payne

I'm a Partner in the Thames Valley tax team, specialising in M&A tax. I support transactionally active businesses and their management teams as they move forward with their strategy, covering domestic and international acquisitions, disposals, refinancing and public listings.

With over 25 years' experience in tax, 15 spent in the region, I've built strong relationships with the local adviser community. My clients range from private equity houses and international corporates to talented entrepreneurs looking to build value in advance of an event. My specialisms include due diligence, international tax structuring, reorganisations and rationalisation.

I work across several sectors with a particular focus on Technology. I believe taking time to understand the commercial world in which businesses operate is essential to providing proactive, practical advice.

I'm a qualified Chartered Accountant (FCA) and Chartered Tax Adviser (CTA), having previously studied German and Linguistics at Oxford University.
