Steve is a partner with over 20 years’ experience. He specialises in providing advice to UK and non-UK domiciled high net worth individuals and his clients include UK real estate investors as well as entrepreneurs.

Steve has considerable experience in carrying out real estate due diligence work, structuring real estate investment and ensuring the investment structure is tax compliant, in particular for non-resident investors. For his OMB clients, Steve considers the interaction between the owner and the business and their changing requirements over time.
