Panel discussion: “Handling Global Transfer Pricing Controversy” 

Anton Hume will be hosting a panel with TP experts from IBM, Intel Corporation and Johnson Matthey. This panel will discuss strategies for successfully managing and resolving disputes in a post BEPS world, the challenges resulting from the increasing demand for transparency and the particular challenges posed by risks associated with EU State Aid. Panellists will comment on the impact they have seen in practice of the BEPS Action 14 deliverables on Mutual Agreement Procedure and will share their observations on what in practice they have found helps to minimise (and resolve speedily and effectively) disputes with tax authorities.
