BDO provided financial and tax due diligence to The Craftory on their investment in DYPER. This is the fourth investment that BDO have advised The Craftory on.
DYPER is a US headquartered subscription-based service that delivers high quality bamboo-based compostable nappies directly to customer's doorsteps. DYPER packaging is made from eco-friendly, and DYPER purchases carbon offsets that actively promote reforestation for each delivery. Subscribers can also opt-in to the pioneering redyper program, where used nappies are returned for composting.
The Craftory has invested $20m, allowing DYPER to scale up and meet the growing demand for its service.
