BDO provided completion mechanism advice to BT in respect of its sale of Pelipod, provider of secure collection points for field service engineers, to ByBox.
The addition of Pelipod’s estate of over 5,000 lockers in the UK to the ByBox network of over 42,000 will allow customers of the combined companies to access a wide network of secure collection points across the UK and enable Pelipod’s customers to harness the ByBox technology platform.
