BDO acted as reporting accountant for UP Global Sourcing Holdings (“Ultimate Products”) on its listing on the premium segment of the Official List of the UK Listing Authority and to trading on the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange.
Ultimate Products is a fast growing owner, licencee, designer, developer and manager of a series of well-known brands focused on mass market, value-led, consumer goods for the home. It sells these products to a broad cross-section of both large national and international multi-channel retailers as well as smaller national retail chains incorporating discount retailers, supermarkets, general retailers and online retailers.
