£22.5m LDC backed management buyout of Precision Micro

The BDO Midlands TS team has provided financial and tax due diligence on the LDC backed management buyout of Precision Micro, a European market-leading photo-chemical etching company, from the global aerospace, defence and energy group Meggitt PLC. Birmingham based Precision Micro manufactures high precision metal components for major global manufacturing customers across multiple markets including aerospace, automotive and medical supplies. Customers include Rolls-Royce, Mercedes and Jaguar together with specialist aerospace and medical operations.
