BDO provided financial and tax due diligence and SPA advisory services to Ennismore in relation to its joint venture with Accor.
Accor SA and Ennismore have engaged in an all share merger to create a lifestyle hotel joint venture that will include brands such as the Hoxton, Mama Shelter and 25 Hours.
At its inception, the combined entity will comprise a total of 12 brands with 73 hotels in operation with a committed pipeline of more than 110 hotels and another c. 70 hotels under active discussion, and over 150 destination restaurant and bars.
The new entity will be headquartered in London and will take the name Ennismore.
