Acquisition of a 50% stake in ASK Partners by OakNorth Bank

BDO has provided financial, accounting and taxation due diligence support to OakNorth Bank on their 50% acquisition of ASK Partners.

Since its inception in 2016, ASK has provided over £1bn of structured debt across the UK real estate sector. The specialist property lender is funded by a pool of institutional partners, family offices and high net worth investors and has completed c.100 transactions to date - 45 of which have been joint deals with OakNorth.

The formalisation of the partnership with OakNorth is a natural, evolutionary step and will support ASK's next phase of growth by creating a greater range of finance options and investment opportunities for their clients.
