I'm an M&A Partner in the tax advisory team with over 30 years’ experience in the accounting and finance industry. I've spent the last 20 years focusing on advising private equity-backed businesses with transactions and portfolio arrangements.

I work closely with private equity firms and support a wide range of corporates with the delivery of commercially focused tax strategies across the entire investment cycle. Before joining the firm, I was a partner at Deloitte, and I've worked with leading mid-market PE houses providing transactional tax support to their portfolios.
