BDO successfully advised on the sale of Alstons Upholstery Ltd to a joint venture between Thailand Carpet Manufacturing PLC Ltd and the Existing Management team.
Established in 1951, Alstons Upholstery Ltd is a fifth-generation family business based in Colchester, and one of the largest family-owned manufacturers in the UK supplying sofas to independent stores and well known multi-site upholstery retailers. BDO acted as advisor to the Alstons Upholstery Ltd.
