Acquisition of Baker & Finnemore Limited by Titgemeyer Group
The BDO Birmingham Transaction Services team has recently provided financial and taxation due diligence services in connection with the acquisition of Baker & Finnemore Limited by Germany-based Titgemeyer Beteiligungsgesellschaft mbH.
The Titgemeyer Group develops, designs and manufactures products, meeting stringent quality requirements in both fastening technology and commercial vehicle components. The acquisition of Baker & Finnemore Limited, a Birmingham-based manufacturer of "Starlock" push-on fasteners, enables the group to increase its presence in the UK, and reflects vertical integration up the critical supply chain.
