Acquisition of Cestrian Imaging Limited by 3A Group

The BDO Midlands transaction service team provided financial and taxation due diligence to 3 A Group Beteiligungs GmbH (“3 A”) in support of the acquistion of Cestrian Imaging Limited (“Cestrian”).

Cestrian is a leading large format printing and retail printing solution specialists, with focus on fabric graphics, point-of-sale and window displays.

The acquisition provides a foothold in the UK market for the Austrian based 3 A Group print service group.
