Acquisition of Chameleon Communications by DAS

Diversified Agency Services, a division of Omnicom Group Inc, has acquired London based Chameleon Communications International. Chameleon, which also has offices in Manchester and New York, provides scientific communication services on behalf of the pharmaceutical industry and healthcare community. Chameleon will become a division of the Healthcare Consultancy Group (HCG), a leading network of agencies that provide medical communication services to the pharmaceutical, biotech and medical device industries.
