BDO provided financial and tax due diligence to Bulgaria based technology services provider Telelink Business Services Group in their acquisition of UK technology company Ideal. Ideal is a Brighton based enterprise IT solutions provider that designs, deploys and manages smart building, network and security solutions. The acquisition provides TBS Group with a strong entry into the UK market, while expanding Ideal's scope across Europe and aligning the capabilities of the two entities in the infrastructure and security space.
