This was the second buy-side transaction in 2018 where BDO advised client ExcelRedstone, following the acquisition of Comunica Holdings Limited and Commensus Limited from Redstone Connect Plc in June.
The addition of Kedington, Ireland's largest IT network infrastructure solutions company, sees ExcelRedstone further strengthen its market-leading position across the UK and Ireland, as well as expanding its presence in mainland Europe and beyond.
