The BDO M&A team recently provided corporate finance advisory services to Fishawack Limited on the acquisition of JK Associates Inc (“JKA”), a medical communications agency based in North America.
The acquisition of JKA will allow the group to add significant size and scale to its current operations in America and also gives the business access to new Big Pharma clients.
