Acquisition of Kameleon Worldwide by Be Heard Group

BDO provided buy-side financial due diligence for Be Heard in relation to their acquisition of Kameleon Worldwide Limited, an award-winning content marketing agency. This acquisition is the latest step in Be Heard’s goal of building a digital marketing services group designed to deliver better, more cost efficient and more creative solutions to clients.
