BDO Corporate Finance advised the founders on their sale of LM Group Ltd (trading as RiskDisk) to Experian plc. RiskDisk has grown by recognising the potential for evolving IT systems to reduce cost-of-delivery of credit information services, and also seeing the growth potential to supply such information to SME customers. The focus has resulted in RiskDisk now serving over 18,000 customers.
