BDO originally provided sell-side vendor assistance and vendor due diligence services on the proposed sale of PeopleValue Limited. Subsequently, BDO were engaged to provide top-up buy-side financial due diligence, VAT advice and SPA advice to Ethos Partners on the acquisition.
