The BDO Midlands Transaction Services team provided financial and taxation due diligence services to Readypower Rail Services Group Limited in support of their acquisition of Terrawise Construction Limited.
Terrawise specialises in piling, foundations and civil engineering in highly regulated sectors, across the UK. The acquisition allows Readypower to expand its service offering to include specialist rail contract services, increased capabilities and flexibility across the enlarged group.
