BDO has supported LINK Mobility on a duo of acquisitions, providing financial and tax due diligence on the acquisition of The SMS Works and FireText Communications.
LINK Mobility are a leading European provider of mobile communications, specialising in communication platforms as a service and mobile messaging services.
The SMS Works specialise in cost effective SMS API, delivering 120 million messages annually, and has a strong foothold among software integration clients with high retention rates.
FireText Communications is an A2P SSU company, offering a proprietary SSU SMS marketing platform that currently serves approximately 2,700 customers. FireText Communications has a strong footprint within the UK public sector as an established provider for the NHS and UK Government.
The duo of acquisitions further strengthens LINK’s presence and growth opportunities in the UK market.
