BVI based ticketing solutions provider, VisionOne Worldwide BVI has been acquired by Accesso Technology Group PLC in a $33m (£20.7m) deal. BDO Transaction Services provided financial due diligence support to Accesso.
VisionOne operates ShoWare™: a leading, customisable cloud based Software-as-a-Service ("SaaS") ticket sales and distribution solution for the operators of more than 475 venues and leisure organisations throughout North and South America.
