Takeover of AIM listed ISG Plc by Cathexis

BDO’s Transaction Services team provided post-acquisition financial due diligence to Cathexis, following their hostile takeover of ISG plc. Cathexis is a USA based investment firm and were a significant shareholder in ISG plc for a number of years prior to the offer.      

ISG plc is an international construction services company delivering fit outs, construction, refurbishments and a range of specialist services for major banks, retailers, IT firms, hotels and a number of other large corporates in various sectors.
