Acquisition of Mg-Sensor by Humanetics

BDO provided financial and tax due diligence advice to Humanetics, the global leader in safety testing and developer of crash test dummies, software modeling and custom sensor solutions, on its acquisition of Mg-Sensor GmbH, a niche German company specialising in the manufacturing and calibration of sensors. Humanetics is private equity backed, by Bridgepoint.

The acquisition is highly complimentary to Humanetics, as it helps bring to life its vision to provide fully integrated solutions with hardware, software, IoT and sensor technologies, that will enable a new suite of services to improve the operational efficiency of its customers.
